I can't proceed to the payment screen
Please refer to the following steps to delete the cookies in your web browser (Chrome/Safari, etc.) and try logging in again.
For Chrome users
- Press the “︙” icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
- Select "Privacy and Security."
- Select "Delete browsing data" in the "Privacy and Security" area at the bottom of the screen.
- Make sure that only "Cookies and other site data" is checked and click it.
