I can't proceed to the payment screen

Please refer to the following steps to delete the cookies in your web browser (Chrome/Safari, etc.) and try logging in again.

For Chrome users
  1. Press the “︙” icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.
  2. Select "Privacy and Security."
  3. Select "Delete browsing data" in the "Privacy and Security" area at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Make sure that only "Cookies and other site data" is checked and click it.
